Leap Year Day!

If one's birthday is Feb. 29 then one does not have one's birthday "every year."

My first Leap Year Day was Feb. 29, 1968 so today is my thirteenth Leap Year Day! Does that mean bad luck??? For years I was the proud owner of a black cat!
